Nicole Moore

Nicole Moore (B.Sc., Masters Nutr. Diet), Menu Concepts founder, has been a dietitian for the past 12 years, working in private practice for most of her professional life.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Flinders University of South Australia. She completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University in Melbourne in 1997.

Nicole has a broad range of experience in many different areas of dietetics, with particular skill in Weight Loss, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Syndrome X, Hyperinsulinemia, diabetes and cholesterol.

Lee Johnson

Lee Johnson is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience in private practice. She has a strong background in weight loss, diabetes and cardiovascular health, with well developed skills in nutrition counselling. Lee’s practice centres on behaviour modification and empowering clients to commit to a healthier lifestyle once and for all. She has a passion for assisting people to achieve their dietary goals and prides herself in her ability to motivate others.

Lee also sees clients for the nutritional management of PCOS, Syndrome X/Metabolic Syndrome gastrointestinal disorders, eating disorders and weight gain.

Lee has a special interest in food chemical sensitivity and food intolerance, irritable bowel symptom and fructose malabsorption, and enjoys helping people identify trigger foods and establish suitable diets for people who previously were too scared to eat anything.

Melissa Mician

Melissa is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and a provisional Accredited Practicing Dietitian. She completed the Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University.

Melissa believes in the concept that "food is your medicine" and incorporates this in her practice. She aims to empower people by equipping them with nutritional knowledge that will enable them to make positive decisions around food.

Melissa is able to assist with a wide variety of conditions however she has a strong focus on diabetes, weight loss, cardiovascular disease and vegetarian, plant-based and vegan diets.

Victoria

Alice Downing

I am a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and a provisional Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

I am registered with the Health Insurance Commission as a registered Medicare provider (for Enhanced Primary Care plans)

I currently work in private practice assisting clients to create wellness and health.
Throughout my work in community health I have developed an excellent understanding of common barriers to health. I am able to assist patients in achieving their health goals by providing evidence based advice, education and support.

I volunteer with SecondBite, a food recovery and distribution service that helps disadvantaged people access good quality, healthy foods.

I also volunteer for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation where I support cancer research through administration tasks and fund raising.

A few of my speciality areas include weight management, IBS, cholesterol management, IVF fertility enhancement and nutrition.

Adele Spiteri

Adele is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia with a passion to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities. She focuses on empowering, motivating and educating her clients, using her widespread nutritional knowledge to achieve better health.

Adele’s area of practice includes (but is not limited to): healthy eating advice, weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, malnutrition, IBD, IBS and preparing nutritionally balanced meal plans for healthy eating.

Adele is a friendly and committed staff member that works with her clients to implement and achieve life long healthy eating practices. She understands that every client is different and therefore develops individualised and realistic nutrition goals with her clients to achieve great overall outcomes. She is dedicated to motivate, encourage and assist her clients on their journey to better health

Natasha Muir

Natasha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She is experienced in a range of different areas of dietetics. These include, but are not limited to, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal diseases, FODMAPS, IBD, IBS.

Natasha is committed to providing patient-centered dietetic services and has a strong understanding of the importance of nutrition and the power of diet in the management and prevention of chronic disease and in leading a healthy lifestyle. She is passionate about promoting wellness and helping her clients to achieve their goals through development of strong relationships, provision of ongoing motivation and support and enabling clients to overcome any obstacles encountered on their path to wellness.

Anuradha Vadlamudi

Anuradha has over 10 years of experience in educating, counseling and motivating people with a variety of nutritional related health problems.

Skills
Medical Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition counselling and education, tailoring individualised meal plans which best suits there present condition. Overall I assist people to live to their fullest by building their food knowledge, nutritional intake, skills and motivation.

Eliza Magennis

Eliza is passionate about helping people live a healthier and happier life, through balance, moderation and tailored nutrition goals. She graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and Class I Honours from the University of Newcastle.

Eliza aims to promote a healthy relationship with food. As a dedicated “foodie” she is committed to delivering expert nutrition advice and education to her clients. Eliza has experience in assisting people with a range of health conditions, and has a special interest in the areas of weight management and childhood nutrition.

Eliza is passionate about understanding her client’s needs and providing extensive guidance and support to achieve their health goals. Being a local Newcastle girl she is committed to her clients at the Charlestown clinic and has formed strong networks to ensure her clients are well supported throughout their visits with her.

Jessica Palmieri

I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours Class I) from the University of Newcastle. Passionate about dietetics, I am committed to continuing my professional development and education within the private practice setting, and help patients to achieve optimal health outcomes through tailor-made dietetic interventions and personalised counselling. I have experience working in a range of clinical areas including hospitals, community health centres and the public health sector.

I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and take a vested interest in my patients, ensuring I provide ongoing motivation, education and counselling. My areas of interest include gastro-intestinal disorders, weight management, diabetes, nutrition in pregnancy and eating disorders.

Ashleigh Henwood

Ashleigh is an an Accredited Practising Dietitian and full member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

Ashleigh provides clients the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their ultimate health goals. She has experience in providing nutritional therapy across a range of chronic health conditions, including diabetes, overweight and obesity, cardiovascular health, metabolic syndrome, gastrointestinal conditions and food intolerances.

Rebecca Chin

Rebecca Chin (B. Nutrition & Dietetics) has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist for the past 5 years and is a member of the Dietitians Association Australia (DAA) as well as Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA). She completed her studies at the University of Newcastle in 2009.

Rebecca has experience practising medical nutrition therapy across a range of chronic diseases and conditions, including (but not limited to) diabetes, weight management, malnutrition, oncology, gastrointestinal diseases and cardiac health. She also has a special interest in the area of Sports Nutrition.

Sarah Quinn

Sarah Quinn is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She graduated with honours from a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics) from Queensland University of Technology and continues to keep her skills and knowledge updated through continued professional development.

Sarah has a passion for private practice and values the way that that one on one consultations enable her to engage with her clients in order to provide individualised nutrition advice. She enjoys motivating her clients to make achievable and sustainable modifications to their lifestyle to accomplish their health goals.

Sarah is available to assist you with a wide variety conditions, however she has special interest in the areas of weight loss and management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, sports nutrition and prenatal nutrition.

Kara McCollom

Kara is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and Diabetes Queensland. Kara has spent a significant portion of her life living in rural areas and understands the health and nutrition challenges people face when living in rural regions. Kara is passionate about working with clients on a one on one basis to assist them to achieve their health goals through nutrition. She believes in providing individualised nutrition advice to assist clients in making behaviour based lifestyle changes that are realistic and sustainable. Kara has also delivered group presentations to various community groups throughout the Toowoomba and surrounding areas.

Kara’s areas of interest include weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and general nutrition. Kara is committed to delivering high quality nutrition advice and keeps her skills and knowledge up to date through participation in ongoing professional development.

Katie Harris

Katie Harris - Having a lifelong passion for health and nutrition Katie completed her Bachelor of health Science and her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University. Katie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and attends professional development events to keep her knowledge professional updated. She has experience with a wide range of clinical cases in hospitals community and private practice. Her areas of interest include weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, allergy and intolerance, sports nutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, and paediatric nutrition. She has also studied nutrition at the Australian Institute of Sport and has had experience with both sporting teams and individual athletes.

Working in private practice enables her to practice according to her values of promoting sustainable, health change through individualised dietary solutions. She has assisted many patients to achieve improvements in health and enjoys seeing her clients reach their nutritional goals.

Sophie Walsh

Sophie is passionate about a whole lifestyle approach to health and wellness, and thrives on forming relationships with clients, and helping them to achieve their health outcomes. Sophie completed her Masters of Dietetics Studies from the University of Queensland, and holds membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Sophie has an intrinsic and evidence-based understanding of the positive impact that good nutrition and a lifestyle approach to health has on overall levels of wellbeing. She work with patients to overcome the barriers and challenges to achieving positive dietary changes through creating an environment of trust and understanding.

Her areas of nutritional interest include, but are not limited to: chronic disease including cardiovascular disease and diabetes, maternal health, nutrition and cancer, and mental health.

Rebecca Cantwell

Rebecca completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics)/Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science at the Queensland University of Technology in 2015. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Rebecca is passionate about the prevention and management of chronic disease. She has experience in a range of dietetic areas and a special interest in the management of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and weight loss.

Rebecca builds supportive relationships with her clients and is committed to empowering individuals throughout all stages of their wellness journey. She believes the most rewarding aspect of being a dietitian is seeing people regain control of their diet and take steps towards living a healthier and happier life.

Kristine Tabas

Kristine graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Newcastle and is a member of Dietitians Association of Australia.

She is well experienced in providing malnutrition intervention in the elderly community and has also had experience within private practice settings where she is able to help a range of patients with varying conditions such diabetes, cardiovascular disease, food intolerance as well as aid in weight management through individualized intervention.

She is also passionate about the significance of early childhood nutrition as she is a firm believer of cementing at a young age, a healthy relationship with food and developing clean eating habits that will continue into adulthood. She is dedicated to continuing her education and professional development to help provide the safest and most up to date dietetic intervention available.

Michelle Beecher

Michelle is dedicated to providing high-quality Nutrition and Dietetic services in the Canberra community. She enthusiastically supports, empowers, and provides the skills and tool necessary for clients to make successful, positive and sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve their health goals.

Michelle is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an active member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia. She completed both her Bachelor of Human Nutrition and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra. She has a strong focus on community engagement and enjoys volunteering with school-aged children to teach and promote healthy eating habits.

Michelle gained critical clinical experience in the public hospital and private practice settings where she successfully assisted a variety of clients with diverse and complex dietary needs. She is experienced in providing nutritional therapy for a range of health conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, food intolerance's, and cardiovascular health. She also holds a passionate interest in supporting long- term weight management and optimising healthy eating during pregnancy.

Pascale Young

Pascale is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She was awarded her Master of Dietetics at Curtin University in Western Australia in 2016. After completing placements at Fiona Stanley hospital, Coburn Integrated Health Campus, Cancer Council WA and St John of God Midland, she is experienced in a range of different areas of dietetics. These include, but are not limited to, diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease, oncology and gastrointestinal diseases.

Pascale is committed to providing patient-centered dietetic services and has a strong understanding of the importance of nutrition and the power of diet in the management and prevention of chronic disease and in leading a healthy lifestyle.
