Nicole Moore (B.Sc., Masters Nutr. Diet), Menu Concepts founder, has been a dietitian for the past 12 years, working in private practice for most of her professional life.


Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Flinders University of South Australia. She completed her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University in Melbourne in 1997.


Nicole has a broad range of experience in many different areas of dietetics, with particular skill in Weight Loss, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Syndrome X, Hyperinsulinemia, diabetes and cholesterol.
